Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 22, 2026
Headquarters Health Inc. (“Headquarters Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants everyone who visits our website, mobile applications, and digital services (collectively, the “Site”) to be able to access the information and services we provide.
Our Approach
Accessibility is an ongoing journey. We align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, WAI-ARIA authoring practices, and U.S. Section 508 requirements as we design, build, and update our Site. Because technology and standards evolve, we treat accessibility as a continuous process of improvement rather than a one-time project.
Accessibility Conformance Report
We maintain a VPAT® 2.5Rev International Edition Accessibility Conformance Report for the Headquarters Health Platform, including services offered through this site. Email accessibility@headquarters.health to request a copy.
What We’re Doing
Inclusive design – Using semantic HTML, logical heading structure, keyboard-friendly navigation, and color-contrast checks during development.
Periodic testing – Running automated scans and manual spot-checks with assistive technologies to identify barriers.
Team awareness – Providing regular accessibility training for our product, design, and engineering teams.
Third-party content – When we rely on external vendors, we encourage them to follow accessibility best practices and, where needed, offer alternative formats or assistance.
Compatibility
Our goal is for the Site to work well with modern browsers and common assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech-recognition software, and alternative input devices.
