Remote baselines
One link. Your entire team. An afternoon.
The single feature athletic trainers tell us they didn't know they needed. A baseline link is a URL you share with your team — by text, email, or QR code. Athletes tap, complete the battery, and land in your dashboard.
How it works
Create a baseline link in the dashboard for a specific team, season, or graduation year. The link carries the configuration — correct battery, correct language, correct consent flow — so you don’t need to set up individual accounts.
When an athlete taps the link, they go through a short intake: name, date of birth, sport, email/phone (for future notifications), and parental consent if under 18. Then they begin the seven-module battery. Results flow back into your dashboard tagged with the link they came from.
Scale
- Hundreds to thousands of athletes per link
- Parallel completion — no queueing, no computer lab
- Language selection on the intake screen (English, Spanish)
- Automatic dedupe for returning athletes (re-baseline or update)
Security
Baseline links are signed tokens with expiration and rate limits. You can invalidate a link at any time. Athletes never see your dashboard or other athletes’ data — they see their own battery and a completion confirmation, nothing else.
When to use it
- Pre-season team-wide baselines
- Traveling teams (run the baseline from the hotel)
- Mid-season new athletes (send them the link as they join)
- Parent-initiated baselines outside school/clinic
