Built for scale

What sports organizations need.

Sports organizations that run baseline programs at scale have three problems that smaller programs don’t: roster churn, data consolidation, and audit. HQ Baseline was built around all three.

Roster churn

Athletes move between teams, seasons, and age groups. Your baselines should follow them. HQ links every baseline to the athlete, not the team, so when a U16 forward moves up to U18, her baseline comes with her and the new trainer sees her full history.

Data consolidation

Multiple athletic trainers at different facilities, multiple physicians, maybe even multiple EMRs. HQ’s dashboard is the single source of truth for every baseline across your organization. Team physicians see their teams, organization-wide medical directors see everything.

Audit

When a parent, a lawyer, or a league investigator asks “what did you do?” you need a complete, timestamped record of every baseline, every sideline retest, and every clearance decision. HQ ships that as a feature, not an add-on.

Sport-by-sport re-baseline guidance

Parents and ATs search by sport. Point families to the sports baseline & re-baseline directory, the NCAA & college baseline guide, the pathway hub, and the complete by-sport blog guide from your program communications. Flag football leagues: commissioner baseline guide.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with NCAA programs?
Yes. HQ Baseline is deployed by college athletic departments for multi-sport baseline programs. We support SAML SSO with the identity provider you already use. See our NCAA & college baseline guide for sports medicine workflow context.
How does NCAA baseline documentation work?
College programs need timestamped records across multi-sport rosters — baselines, sideline retests, and clearance decisions. HQ provides audit-ready exports and role-based access for ATs, team physicians, and medical directors.
How is college baseline testing different from high school?
College departments run department-wide sports medicine programs with enterprise SSO and multi-disciplinary access. High school districts center on AT staffing and state law. Our pathway guides cover both models.
Can we use our own subdomain?
Yes. Custom domains and custom branding for baseline links are included in Sports — Club & College plans and above.
Do you integrate with EMRs?
Yes. See /integrations for the current list. We support HL7 FHIR and can work with your team physician's EMR if it's not already on the list.
Can we run this in a research context?
Yes — we've partnered on concussion research with academic sports medicine programs. We can configure anonymized exports and align with IRB requirements.

Standardize your concussion baselines across the organization.
