Why is pricing not listed publicly?
Program size and integration needs vary widely — a 60-athlete private school has a very different price from a 40,000-student university system or a 12-location clinic group. We quote against your actual roster and integrations so you don't pay for seats you don't need.
Are baselines really unlimited?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited baselines, re-baselines, and post-injury comparisons. We don't charge per test.
Is there a free trial?
You can start a self-serve trial from the Get Started page, or we'll set up a free pilot with your program during a demo.
Do you offer purchase orders, invoices, or district contracts?
Yes. We work with school district purchasing, state association contracts, and clinic GPO arrangements. Email sales@headquarters.health.
Can we add sideline and return-to-play tools?
HQ Baseline is part of the broader Headquarters Health concussion care platform. Sideline comparison, return-to-play protocol tracking, and rehab modules can be enabled on any plan.
